Neither player can activate Burst even if the Life is reduced due to this effect.

This card is limited to one copy per deck. 1) While you or the opponent controls this Spirit, during Either Main Step, Lives would NOT be increased by effects like "put a core from the Void to your Life". 2) This Spirit's (Either Main Step) effect is a player-targeting effect, so even if the "core increase" effect is activated by a Spirit unaffected by opposing spirit effects, the core would still be sent from Life instead of Void. 3) While the opponent controls this Spirit, even if you activate an effect like: "put a core from the Void to your Reserve. This effect can't be prevented by opposing effects", the core would still be sent from your Life instead of Void, as Onmyou Child's effect is purely changing the origin of where the core is from, but not preventing the effect from happening.
